GQT Movies formed in July 2020 after Goodrich Quality Theaters filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in February 2020. GQT Movies now operates 22 of the 31 former Goodrich Quality Theaters locations in cities throughout Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, and Pennsyvania.
